    Renewed Landscaping LLC. provides landscaping and flower bed services including bed installs, cleanups, mulching, edging, planting, and general upkeep. Services are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions.

    2. Estimates and Pricing

    All estimates are based on what we can see and what we’re told. If we get started and find something different than expected, pricing may change and we’ll talk it over with you before moving forward. Any extra work outside the original job will be quoted and approved first.

    3. Payment

    Payment terms will be clearly stated in your service agreement or invoice. If a balance isn’t paid, we may decline future work until it’s settled. No hard feelings, just business.

    4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

    We understand life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, no worries. Just give us reasonable notice. Weather can also cause delays, and we’ll keep you in the loop if that happens.

    5. Access to Your Property

    Please make sure we can access the work area when we arrive. Gates unlocked, pets secured, and anything fragile moved out of the way. We’re not responsible for delays if we can’t get to the job site.

    6. Plants and Materials

    Plants, flowers, and other living materials depend on proper care, weather, and soil conditions. Because of that, we can’t guarantee how they’ll do long term unless it’s clearly stated in writing.

    7. Responsibility and Liability

    We’re not responsible for damage that was already there before we showed up. It’s up to the property owner to let us know about sprinkler systems, irrigation lines, invisible fences, or underground utilities. Anything not marked or disclosed is not our responsibility.

    At Renewed Landscaping, we believe in doing honest work and treating people right. Because we work with plants and flowers, there are a few things that need to be clearly understood.

    Plant and Flower Purchases

    Plants, flowers, shrubs, and other living materials are non refundable once they have been purchased, delivered, or installed. These items are subject to weather, soil conditions, watering, pests, and care that are outside our control.

    Plant Health and Survival

    We do not guarantee the long term health or survival of plants or flowers unless a written warranty is provided ahead of time. Once plants are installed, proper watering and care become the responsibility of the property owner.

    Service Related Issues

    If you believe there was a problem with our workmanship, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion. We will gladly come take a look and, if necessary, make reasonable corrections to our work. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be considered on a case by case basis.

    Weather and Environmental Conditions

    Extreme heat, cold, drought, heavy rain, or other weather conditions can affect plant health. Refunds will not be issued due to weather related damage or loss.

    Customer Supplied Materials

    We are not responsible for the quality, performance, or survival of plants or materials provided by the customer. Refunds will not be issued for customer supplied items.

    Cancellations

    If a job is canceled after plants or materials have been purchased, the cost of those items is non refundable. Labor refunds may be considered depending on how much work has already been completed.

    Refund Method

    Any approved refunds will be issued using the original form of payment. Processing times may vary.
